Initiate a no-obligation call with our team to gain a comprehensive understanding of our offshoring process and how we operate. Offshoring, whether with us or any other provider, is a complex undertaking that requires careful consideration.
Follow a straightforward online sign-up process and agree to our standard terms and conditions. At this stage, you are not committed to pay anything or hire anyone or have any of them work on your payroll.
Proceed with a no-obligation interview process. You are not obliged to hire any candidate unless you feel 100% confident and satisfied with the talent presented to you.
We will start searching for the best fit profile(s) for your review and aim to present them to you in the next few days. Upon review, you can shortlist candidates and provide us with preferred time slots for scheduling interviews.
Occasionally, certain roles and skills might not be readily available in our existing network. In such cases, we are committed to investing additional time and effort to "super-source" candidates specifically for your requirements.
When we receive a hiring request, there are three scenarios for matchmaking:
Interview them and provide your feedback. You can interview them more than once. Because of this staff members are already pre-vetted on Technical, Communication skills and Timezone compatibility that reduces probability of wrong hire.
Assessments - If you want any talents to take any additional assessment to better judge their technical capabilities, you can share your tests and the candidate would be more than willing to complete them.
After the interviews are conducted, carefully evaluate the performance and qualifications of each candidate. Consider their skills, experience, cultural fit, and suitability for the role. Based on this assessment, select the most suitable candidate for the position.
Once the selection is made, promptly communicate with the chosen candidate to extend the offer and confirm their acceptance. We shall send your staff confirmation and signed paperwork. Following acceptance, proceed with setting up the necessary IT Setup and access, providing them with the tools and resources required to effectively perform their role. Ensure a smooth onboarding process to facilitate a successful start to their employment.
During the initial phases of onboarding, the onshore supervisor or manager will be actively engaged in training and hand-holding the offshore staff members. They will provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Offshore staff members will undergo various training activities. This may include watching training videos, participating in live or online training sessions conducted by the onshore team, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of their job role and responsibilities.
It is essential for the offshore staff to fully comprehend the processes and methodologies followed within the organization. They should also gain insights into the nature of client work they will be handling.
During the initial stages of onboarding, regular review meetings and feedback sessions should be conducted. This will help in assessing the offshore staff's progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing necessary feedback to help them get a good grasp of their work responsibilities. By following this structured onboarding process, the offshore staff will have a better chance of integrating seamlessly into their roles and making meaningful contributions to the organization's success.
We are your Co-sourcing, Co-Training & Co-Managing partner in your offshoring journey. Does that mean you will have no difficulty whatsoever in your offshoring journey and the answer is “No”. Our Account Management team shall work closely with you managing and expanding your offshore team, whether it’s for workflow management, staff replacements, ongoing reviews, training, leaves approval, promotion, etc.
You will always have options to replace staff members available in future. In an unfortunate event if you don’t need the talent anymore or if there are other challenges, you cancel the engagement & let the staff go. In any case we have a 9 weeks notice period at any time. We usually take about 2 to 3 weeks to replace talent, however for senior level talent we make take a little more time. Depending on the level of Talent it takes anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to get talent onboard.
