When to Plan
Typically, our clients plan their trips to India annually once their team expands to at least three staff members and once they have completed a year with MYCPE ONE.
Timing
- October to early January is the most preferred time for visits, with 60-70% of clients traveling during this period.
- Pleasant weather makes travel and commuting easier.
- Workload is generally lighter, allowing for better focus on business discussions.
- Coincides with festivals, weddings, and sports tournaments, offering cultural experiences.
- Travel between mid-April and June is not recommended due to extreme heat, making commuting and outdoor activities challenging.
Ideal Duration
- The ideal trip duration depends on planned activities such as training, meetings, or team bonding.
- For training, estimate time based on topics to ensure effective sessions.
- For one-on-one meetings, consider team size and allow enough time for personalized discussions.
- Including a weekend for team outings or bonding activities is recommended.
- Arriving on a Saturday helps with rest and time zone adjustment before starting work on Monday.
- Most visitors plan trips of 7 to 10 days for a balanced schedule of work, meetings, and activities.

This is strategic for three reasons: firstly, Ahmedabad is a central point for teams seated in different locations, and secondly, our office provides a dedicated work area for teams to sit together, conference & training rooms, as well as chambers for focused work and Lastly the whole Offshoring Success Advisor’s Team of Account Manager & Management team, is in Ahmedabad and so this allows you to have a strategic discussion with them as well

Travel logistics can be daunting, but we've got you covered. You handle your to-and-from tickets and visa (we'll guide you through the process.).
Upon your arrival, we take care of everything – from transit and internal travels to hotel bookings, activities, and outings. Your focus can solely be on your purpose of visit; we handle the details. To make your arrival more convenient, we'll provide you with a local phone and some Indian currency in cash.
